Program Design

This exclusive membership provides an opportunity to receive 1:1 individualized health and fitness coaching with Tiffany to help you enhance your fitness & well-being while building healthier ever after. 

Each month, you will meet virtually with Tiffany to create an individualized training program for that month based on your goals, needs, and schedule.  There will be a focus for each month that will help you to build strong & healthy lifestyle habits to build upon. We will check in weekly via text to ensure you’re on track with your goals and program, and I am just a call away if needed. 

*This program requires a 3-month commitment billed monthly.

Nutrition Coaching

At Healthier Ever After, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health. We want you to let go of rigid wellness rules, restrictions, and the negative conditioning you’ve been taught about nutrition and self-care. Our goal is to help you reshape your relationship with food and your body, fostering a more balanced and intuitive approach to health. You’ll learn the core principles of nutrition and wellness, so you feel empowered to make choices that truly support your body and mind.

H.E.A. Well-being Program

Think of this as the ultimate upgrade. Since our body comprises a series of systems, each dependent on one another, we will look at how to help you optimize your well-being without being overwhelmed. 

  •  Prioritize daily MOVEMENT  in your routine to be more present in your body, relieve stress, support immune health, and feel stronger so that you are vibrant and thriving. 
  • Establish more clarity and confidence around your FOOD/NUTRITION choices and routines so that you can feel more energized, balanced, and nourished all day long without giving up your favorite foods. You will learn to eat enough of the right foods to feel your best without sacrificing the foods you love
  • Develop effective strategies to support better quality SLEEP & RECOVERY because sleep and recovery are essential components to overall health. Enhancing sleep & recovery will provide you with more focus, less pain & injuries, and more resilience in handling any challenges you face.
  • Create a healthy SCHEDULE/HABITS/ROUTINES that allow you to move through your day with greater ease, energy, and focus on feeling that you have control over each day.
  • Create moments throughout the day or week to CARE FOR YOURSELF in the form of self-care practices, mindset, creative outlets, and anything else that sparks joy, even amid chaos.  
  • Create space for SOCIAL CONNECTION & COMMUNITY  (your community, family, personal and professional relationships, hobbies, and causes). Giving back/paying it forward is a huge component of Healthier Ever After’s mission because we feel good when we do good. Just as a ripple spreads when a single pebble is dropped into the water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects. 
  • Honor your own PERSONAL HEALTH MISSION. We all have different health & fitness goals, and we all have various responsibilities and schedules. Together we will create a plan that honors all aspects of YOU in your day-to-day life.
